Please take a clear HEAD SHOT and FULL LENGTH photo.
Please take a clear picture of the back of your hands. Don't look at the camera when taking hand photos.
The more recent your photos, the better.
Wear bright colours. Red, green, yellow, and blue are great. They pop on camera.
Avoid wearing white and grey.
It's up to you whether you want to smile in your photos. Realize that smiling makes you seem open and happy, whereas not smiling makes you look serious. Neither are wrong, but keep in mind the impression you're making.
We want you to look natural and comfortable in your photos.

on the day
You will receive availability checks; you confirm your availability; and if you fit the brief, the job is yours.
The day prior to shooting you will receive your call time, location and wardrobe brief. Please bring several options.
Shooting days can start early, so please be prepared. Pack your wardrobe options the night before, plan your route and make sure you have enough petrol, as well as ample time to make it to Basecamp/Pick-up.
Secure parking is always available, and if it's an early call, you'll receive breakfast.
Please note, on late calls, i.e. 10h00, you should be prepared to arrive having already eaten, as your next full meal might only be a few hours away.
When you arrive at your location, immediately locate the extras coordinator and sign in.
Signing in and out is absolutely critical to you getting paid as soon as possible.
You will then be guided throughout the day by various coordinators, wranglers and ADs, who help manage the day and keep it running smoothly.
Please give them your complete cooperation, as this will ensure that the day runs as intended.
We ask that our artists always pay the highest respect to everyone on set.
Any minor issues can be handled by speaking nicely to the extras co-ordinators on set.
If you have a serious issue, please contact Rainbow Talent immediately.
Never knowingly put yourself in harm's way. You have to at all times be careful on film sets as there are many moving parts.
Always watch your back! If you feel unsafe in the course of your scene, speak up. If you see someone else in a dangerous situation, speak up. If you feel ill, speak up.
We want our artists to always act with the utmost professionalism and care, but your well being on set is our priority!
